How long does a delivery usually take?

The delivery usually takes 24/48h, during working days.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping costs are droped for orders over 150€. We charge shipping costs for orders under 150€.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing your tracking number, once you parcel has been dispatched. All you have to do is click a link to find out where exactly your parcel currently is. Please remember it can take up to 24 hours for the parcel service to activate the link.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before the parcel has left our warehouse. Please send an email as soon as possible to info@dietox.com.

We will let you know what to do next if your parcel was already dispatched.
